· Jurats – $15 per notarized signature

· Oaths and Affirmations – $15 per Oath or Affirmation taken

· Certified Copy of Power of Attorney – $15 per copy certified.

Overnight Fees

· Overnight fees are from 9pm to 7am. Fees for this service is $75 which is separate from all other fees.

Print and Loan Fees

· Commercial Loan Doc Signing to 150 pages – $400.

· Documents printed and delivered $0.30 per page plus travel.

· Residential Loan Doc Signing to 150 pages – $150.
